We deliver orders across the European Union, directly from our fulfillment center in Romania.
Where We Ship
We ship exclusively within the European Union, including but not limited to:
Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within the European Union.
There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria: 24–48 hours

Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is confirmed.
If a delay occurs outside of force majeure, you have the right to request delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe or cancel the order in accordance with applicable EU law.
Returns
Our delivery and warranty terms work alongside our Return Policy.
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- products in the “Liz” category
- products from the “Glow” intimate massage device series
if they have been used. These products are considered personal-use items.
Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantees provided under European Union law.
What You’re Covered For
You benefit from:
- a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity
- protection against hidden defects
If a product is not as expected, you may request repair or replacement in accordance with applicable legislation.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible:
Please include:
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
We’ll guide you through the next steps, including whether a return is required.
Product Handling
You may inspect and test products only to the extent necessary to confirm they function as expected.
Please ensure:
- no adhesive tape is applied directly to the product or packaging
- protective films are removed only when necessary
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
- improper use or maintenance
- improper storage
- exposure to water, moisture, or extreme conditions
- impact, fire, or external damage
- dust, sand, or debris
- unauthorized repairs or modifications
- use with incompatible products
- normal wear and tear
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is approved, we will:
- repair, replace, or refund the product
Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval, using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If a replacement is not available, we may offer a product of equivalent value.
